Lamb To The Slaughter
Hello readers! I personally think that the real "lamb" in the story that gets "slaughtered" is the baby inside Mrs Maloney. The baby is innocent. It is pure and has never done anything wrong. However, it has been suffering because of the alcoholic drinks that its mother is drinking. Mrs Maloney does not seem to care about her child. She has also killed her husband. She has made the baby father-less. She has also a chance to go to jail because of her crime of murder. This may make the baby an orphan. Many people may argue that it is almost impossible to find out that Mrs Maloney murdered her husband. But now, with the technology so high-tech, why not?

A typical day
I'm going to start with a random message: I love Fridays! Well, the day started out like a peaceful one. We started with reading programme with News In Class. Then nothing interesting happened until after recess. I spent my recess eating with Yan Peng and Cleon. When I went back to class, something happened. I can't really remember the details of today's lesson so I won't blog about it. Actually, for my blog entries, I only blog things that are NOT typical. For example, Ms Gordon taught us the sordiano(not sure how to spell it)method. It is something like a debate, and a dialogue. I'm going to be in the outer circle tomorrow. During IS lesson, Jun Yang was very angry with Mr Yong. He thinks that Mr Yong is ignoring him but I don't think so. Mr Yong is very kind. After waiting long for Mr Yong's help, Jun Yang got it. Unfortunately, he was very late for class and got scolded by Ms Gordon. Jun Yang was very sad. Anyways, I ate lunch with him and Kuok Kam.I wanted to go for gymnastics today, but there were no sec1s there. So I just headed for home. So..I got a Maths re-test with many other people tomorrow, hope that I pass it. Have a nice day everybody.

25 Feb
I just want to ask is there anyone reading my blog? There's no tag or comment. I feel that my blog is neglected. Sigh, never mind. I'll continue to update it regularly. Today was a perfect day. We started out with PE at the weight lifting room. The PE teacher was explaining to us about the equipments and the safety while Sze Chuan was "wowing" at his rippling muscles. We proceeded with anything available. When the PE teacher was using the equipment that trains the groin area, many people were thinking dirty thoughts and the PE teachers was like," I know what you all are thinking". Caleb was said, "Sick! Don't be sick!" (he said that with singlish). Not suprisingly, Jun Yang laughed the loudest. Then we headed for our break and just ate. I shall not blog about lessons as they are abit hard to talk about. During lunch, some people played a game of truth and dare. Bryan was the victim. Guess what he had to do for the dare? HAHA. It makes me LOL thinking about it. Anyway, I'm struggling with Art. But I love it because of the kind teacher and the air-conditioned room. Shall blog tomorrow, bye!

Science Test, 24 Feb
Today, we had a science test by Mrs Teo. As I studied for it, I find it manageble. I feel quite bad during the test. Kuok Kam wanted to borrow a correction tape from me so he raised his hand to ask for permission. After that, the invigilator(not mrs teo) walked to Kuok Kam. Then, she borrowed a correction tape to Kuok Kam. Unfortunately, Mrs Teo saw that and she disallowed Kuok Kam to borrow from me and told him to cancel off his mistakes. Actually, I don't mind at all. I have extra. There's alot of arguing about the lab apparatus symbol, the one that curves. Some people think that it is crucible, some people think its watch glass, and some people think its evaporating dish. I wrote evaporating dish. Well, not much point talking about it as the test is over. There is going to be a chinese test on Thursday, 27 Feb. I don't know whether I can score. Chinese has always not been my forte. It is always my weakness. It's rather late now, I'm off to dreamland..bye!

Adeline Ng Ai Choo
I know I've been inactive these few days so I will blog frequently to make up. Today, I'll be blogging on the story "Adeline Ng Ai Choo" in Little Ironies~Stories Of Singapore. I know its a little late, but I shall get on with it. I feel what Adeline did was not right at all. Why did she have to commit suicide over an exam? Life is not a bed of roses. She should have just studied hard enough for the exam and pass it. I feel what the teachers did was right. You cannot blame them for giving what the students deserve right? It is by right their decision, not the student's. If Adeline have family problems, she could approach the school councellor and maybe he/she can help her. Teachers should not be lenient with the students especially for exams as they will feel complacent and will do them harm in the future.
New Skin
Dear people, I changed my skin because I feel that it was very messy. This classic skin is so much neater. It is more appropriate as a blog for class. Don't you agree with me.
Hancuffed Singaporean flees from custody in Malaysia
Just to summarise the newspaper article, the Malaysian police have launched a manhunt for a Singaporean man facing a capital charge for drug trafficking who escaped after a court appearance last week. The policemen were excorting Jay Chia Shao Kiat, 32, with two other detainees back to the lock-up near the Shah Alam High Court in a police vehicle at about 12.30 pm last Friday. Charged under the Dangerous Drug Act, Chia faces the death sentence. This article is a character-driven story as the character makes the story interesting and people will be interested to know what happened. I feel that the Malaysian police should not only have two policemen in the vehicle, but at least 3. This could increase the security. I feel that this case is similar to Mas Selamat's escape, just more minor. I hope that the police and the public will quickly find the drug trafficker to keep him from causing harm.
